You see, the simulator predicts the match results for you and win money (note - "betting purposes"). But as you obvioulsy aren't mega rich yet you couldn't get someone to do a task you miserably failed at.

One of your styles in forum thread combat is to make a claim that isn't true in attempt to make the receiver person look foolish. This is a well known psychological defense mechanism where by if you think you are pointing something out everyone looking at you will side up with you to agree.

But I expect this won't make any sense to you either, so i'll just leave it here while you are busy writing up your mod tutorials.

you see that's the joke. As if anyone can could make a betting program in the first place.
