So still comes down to interpretation by the ref/video ref regarding the lead runner.

also the play the ball is being monitored. Something i noticed last year too. Players were just rolling the ball through their legs without even attempting to touch it with their foot.
So the first 4 weeks should see a heap of penalties, until they move on to other things and forget about it again.

Hold your horses, new sin bin rule in trails only:
High shot, cat 1 = sin bin! no change
Unclear high shot, player ruled out 15 min later with failed HIA, player involved in unclear high shot goes to sin bin then.

Example they are giving is Creighton's shot on RTS round 25 that should have been binned anyway and was clear.

They do keep forgetting the natural bias against Warriors and lower ranked teams/teams expected to lose.

Unsure if it in the last 10 mins or game or if player then scores a couple of tries before being sin binned.
This wont fix anything.
