i'd be more than happy for us to be used to inflate the price of bulldogs players .... not that it seems to affect their cap situation tho

Nah don't want to be used to push his price up. Best to let the dogs sign him for as cheap as possible. Good thinking.

And what happens when one of them decides to take up our offer and we are left with some over aged over rated player because we unsuccessfully tried to up his price for another team. ME you should follow parra petes lead and piss off and support another club.

The club would get a great reputation by offering a bloke 'X' amount and when they say ill take the club says, "Actually we're not really that interested. We were just hoping your old club would pay more for you".

Hickey left the club 2 years ago, so they now have enough room under the cap to sign everyone.

I don't mind copping insults but being compared to Parra Pete is a very low blow. I'm shocked.

It's the massive back-ended deal they had Chris Armit on that expired last year so now they've got millions to spend...
