Hey can anyone tell me anything about Takai Moeakiola at 109kg and listed as a centre / wing
I'm interested

He is a bulky back who has played both NYC and for Wenty this year. I know some of the coaching staff at Wenty rate him. He goes hard and can barge over for a try. He has some decent speed for a big fella. He has switched between centre and wing for both 20's and Wenty. I haven't watched him all that closely so that's pretty much all i can say.

A solid young outside back prospect, along with James Tuitahi. He was promoted into the NSW Cup midway through the season and had a knack for finding the try line in an inconsistent Wenty outfit. In the few games they played together, I thought he had a nice combination with Manu Mau on the right edge. He is quick enough and packing plenty of power, which makes him useful early in sets to ruck it out and dangerous when camping on the opposition try line.

I believe that Stagger has said that he will form part of our second tier squad in 2014 (similar to James Tuitahi and Sam Manuleleua) where salary cap balancing and good form might see him push for first grade.

More excuses. Obviously, Souths saw something in him and did you here Sterling's lament on losing him, another junior from our system again?

Too many have been ignored and gone onto bigger and better things and the excuses have worn way to thin.

Well lucky the recruitment bloke at the time is no longer at the club..

How many Eels juniors & ex players played in the Wigan vs Hull Tetley's Challenge Cup Final last weekend?

Wigan Warriors

Sam Tomkins, Josh Charnley, Darrell Goulding, Iain Thornley, Pat Richards, Blake Green, Matty Smith, Lee Mossop, Michael McIlorum, Ben Flower, Harrison Hansen, Liam Farrell, Sean O'Loughlin - Replacements: Chris Tuson, Gil Dudson, Scott Taylor, Logan Tomkins.

Hull FC

Jamie Shaul, Jason Crookes, Ben Crooks, Kirk Yeaman, Tom Briscoe, Daniel Holdsworth, Jacob Miller, Mark O'Meley, Danny Houghton, Liam Watts, Gareth Ellis, Danny Tickle, Joe Westerman - Replacements: Andy Lynch, Richard Whiting, Aaron Heremaia, Jay Pitts.

BS is the best club rebuilder in the business. It's finals footy where he struggles.

As for RS, if he's torn between Canberra and eels, I'll be hoping he goes. We need someone that is going to be 100% dedicated and focused here.

I am more concerned about Hayne again being linked to the dogs - I just hope this isnt one of "if there is smoke there is fire".

The club would be fine if Stuart leaves and a new coach is appointed quickly but gee if Hayne left I wouldn't want to be a board member.
