Hayne has a contract. I don't think the eels would be dumb enough to release him. He's also come out and said he want sticky to stick around, excuse the pun.

Hayne also said publicly that he wanted Anderson to stick around before they sacked him. When is Macguire's contract end at Souths ? I think it is the end of next year from memory.

Big difference. One always wanted to stay, but got the sack.

My point was, why would hayne have an input for 2014, if he's at the dogs.

If Stuart doesn't publicly state that he is staying by this Sunday in his own article I think there is a strong likelihood that he may leave.

Can't believe anyone would actually give any creditability to the Hayne to Canterbury bs...back to the tinfoil hats.

Spot on Pazza. Which is why Stuart must publicly commit one way or another. Stuart himself said there was another 3 signings coming. Since Hunt there has been nothing.

I aren't giving credit to it at all just it has been mentioned a few times so hopefully there aren't no truth to it. Anyhow Hayne does have a contract

Yep the longer Stuart doesnt say something the more likely I believe there is some truth he is thinking of leaving.

If Ricky wants to go I just wish he would come out and announce it - we really would need to announce a coach ASAP if Ricky was to leave or 2014 could be another disaster.

One benefit if Taylor was to be appointed ( if there is any truth to rumours) he has connection to our two highest paid players in Hayne / sandow - he gave both of them the starts.

JT as head coach and Brian Smith as director like Gould at Penrith is the only way to go if Stuart leaves.

I wonder if Hayne has a get out clause in his contract if Sticky isnt the coach?
