Would be pretty shit to lose Docker, Manu and Brown and sign no one else.

My first choice would be a half. But another front rower would be great aswell. Ideally we could get both, but sticking with the same roster as this year with only Merrin as a gain (top 17, possibly even to our top 25) while losing a couple of top 25 players would be very disappointing. I know we're wanting to rely on locally developed players to fill in the gaps, but there's no halves or front rowers ready to fill in the gaps. We're fine everywhere else, but we aren't a premiership threat until we fix atleast one of those areas (and manage to keep our big names fit).

I would imagine maybe someone like James Fisher-Harris may come into the top 25 after re-signing earlier in the year.

Wonder if we will re-sign attempt to Will Smith/Issac John. Both were in the top 25 this year. If we don't we are going to be short at least one half with Scarlett a 2nd tier deal playing half.

Api was always an odd signing for us. I would have preferred us keeping Moseley as a cheaper back up and investing the extra cash on a prop. Anyway we have a couple promising hookers at the club next year now so if we can use Apis money better great.

I wouldn't be against a Brown for Api style trade.
