Do people think Lindsay Smith should be kept?

He's an Aussie rep and probably wants a rep forward contract.

His jogs to the line in the first twenty are painful to watch.

He has great skill but unlike the great one his tough carries are non existent.

Although Lindsay gets through a lot of defensive work he has zero impact hitting the ball up and his dumb penalties are getting towards Trent Waterhouse levels.

David Fifita could just run decoys and it would have an enormous impact.

Luai had Kikau and it was enormous. No one wants to tackle those guys and if they do they come in big numbers to help.

And if injuries were bad he could do a job in the middle too. He is a million dollar player at a bad club.

If hes prepared to come for 650k i think its worth it on a 2year deal with an option for a third in the clubs favour.

He needs to re-establish himself and i think penrith is the best place to do that.

If he was to get his fitness and defence up here i actually dont think id start him..

Bring fifi on 10-15mins to go in the 2nd half and give him 35-40mins to run rampant.

Let paps take the sting out a bit and it allows paps to have more impact to in two stints.
