I distinctly remember the commentators saying that the teams in the 8 were breathing a sigh of relief that the Panthers wouldn't make the finals that year.

We clicked into gear late in the season but left ourselves too much to do after a horror mid season slump.

I honestly believe we'd have won it from 8th if we'd just squeezed in.
