Isaac Moses is part of Titan Management and he's Hayne's manager I'm pretty sure. Why would the club prevent themselves from signing players?

Not sure of your point, but the club is the club, there is an individual that appears to be the problem, the club has now addressed that with an appointment.

Just how do the Roosters 'pay up' for juniors? Are telling me that Under 18's are getting paid a lot of money?
Dogs,Roosters and Melbourne have been doing this for years, once they are in their systems they are easier to keep.

Well the question that has to be asked here is why are we not paying to buy some of these players? I'm guessing at this stage there is no salary cap for SG Ball

Ok, well we seem to be heading in the right direction with our Under 20s and SG Ball performances this season, so hopefully this all translates into helping us get some NRL success in the coming years.

I just laugh at the things they do like especially OCD.everything has to b perfect. They clean al time.If a photo on wall is bent they fix it immediately. Oh than the people who believe in things that don't exist etc....I mean it can be a little humerous.
Like that guy at the parra games-Tackle.He makes me laugh-sure I feel bad laughing but he is dynamic and funnier then most things on tv.

Canterbury: The Bulldogs still haven't replaced Ben Barba and were strongly linked to Beale earlier this year as a fullback option.

Canberra: In the market for a fullback to replace Anthony Milford and Ricky Stuart previously considered signing Beale when he was coaching the Sharks.

Cronulla: After sacking five-eighth Todd Carney mid-season, the Sharks have not recruited a star playmaker to partner Jeff Robson at the scrumbase.

Parramatta: Willie Tonga's departure could open the way for Beale to play centre in a backline featuring Jarryd Hayne, Chris Sandow, Corey Norman, Will Hopoate and Semi Radradra.

St George Illawarra: The Dragons were linked to Beale last year and with Josh Dugan moving to the centres they don't have an established fullback.

Penrith: Beale grew up at Mt Druitt and his brother William played in the Panthers junior representative teams. He would most likely have to play in the centres.

He would get destroyed as a rugby league centre. Also doesn't know the game well enough for the halves. He's a bit too small for the wing. His only option is fullback.
