Yeah, I mean it's completely unlike Parra to pay high prices for dud players...it's not like they won wooden spoons with a team over the salary cap...

Quite frankly, I'd like to keep watching Maloney refuse to make tackles and give away shit loads of penalties for Cronulla. Combine that with the brains between Gallen and Fafita and we're all in for another laugh a minute come next season watching the Sharks.

Actually Maloney in 2017 wasn't far off his premiership winning 2016 on raw stats. He's a penalty merchant who doesn't complete tackles despite making contact. He only conceded 6 more penalties in '17 than he did '16, and his average missed tackles went up by 2. Most concerning would be making 400 tackles in '16 and only 277 in '17 so maybe he was shirking it a bit in D this year.

Gallen is 36 and better than most forwards going around 10yrs his junior. Fifita is a beast and I'm okay with his limited IQ.

But chuckle on, mate. I think you're a Knights fan aren't you? I'm glad you can still find humour in anything you poor bastard.

Mate that semi final meltdown by Gallen and Fafita was one of the most amusing things I've seen from dumb NSW footballers and that's including the dumb Origin performances from NSW over the last decade.

Hilarious stuff!

Maloney was simply taking the piss with his second half of the season. He gave up after Origin 2. It would be challenging for a player to give away more penalties than he deliberately did.

Yeah Jimmy was off then just turned to a sack of shit post-SOO. Delivered in '16 but Barba and Ennis had a hell of a lot to do with that also. He has a knack of hitting a club at the right time and if he's got 1 more in him the Knights could certainly do worse.
