I'd rather the washing machine and dryer combo from the Dragons dressing sheds than that injury prone has-been.Straight swap for Bird. Done.

Going against the grain here but I think Valentine Holmes would be a great pick up for the Dragons, a current National team and regular Origin player who has won a grand final who can goal kick and cover every backline position on the field, they already have much worse especially with Lomax gone next year.
I don't think he'll go there though, I actually think the Roosters will try and sign him, it makes the most sense since we need an experienced centre for season 2025 and a back up goal kicker, he's really the only one on the market right now.

Facebook joke that people are reposting
Surely this is a pisstake, or the Panthers trying to flush out a mole... surely?!
He is already on $625k a season according to media topped up with Origin he is earning $700k+ at a successful club.
hoops wants the tigers to offer too 800k a season

$800k a season wouldn’t be enough to get him to leave the best club for the worst and to gamble his state of Origin position. To collect spoons instead of premiership rings.
Media seem to forget he is already paid extremely well for a winger. They speculate he would feel underpaid after Origin. Yet the other winger in camp left his $800k a season contract as a centre/winger/fullback at Dragons and signed for roughly what Brian is earning. How could he possibly feel underpaid when Lomax lost money going to market? Lomax would only make him feel better sbout his contract.
He already knew what Edwards and Luai were getting. He already knew that Critter left for more money at Bulldogs. So what that leaves Bradman Best in the backs and he chose to stay at Knights for less cash than Tigers were offering him. This media speculation that he went in camp and left feeling undervalued doesn’t make sense.
I have very little faith in Panthers keeping or signing players and tend to believe negative rumours because it generally seems to be what happens.

But I am extremely confident Bizza is staying.
Yesterday Weidler reported that Panthers were shopping him around. Bloke is just guessing.

Pretty sure it was someone that posts on here started it as a joke and the media picked it upYesterday Weidler reported that Panthers were shopping him around. Bloke is just guessing.
800k for a winger is oversIt all feels made up tbh but if true why wouldn't Penrith just dump someone else and upgrade him?
He's top two importance to them IMO. They could shop just about anyone else in his place if money is what it came to
