Nice work
Arthur Moses is a top shelf lawyer as well.

I dare say mark down the day January 22, 2026.

The day Parramatta Eels got there balls back and made a ruthless stand we wont be push overs for the Melbourne Storm and any peanut that just wants to walk out the back door then sneak his way back in without sny consequences.

this is from the press release

'Zac’s legal team have informed us in writing that he does not agree that the terms of the release can be enforced against him.'

So basically, it seems the only reason the player signed the agreement is because he had some advice, probably from his dopey manager, that it couldn't be enforced and he would get away with whatever he wanted to do.

Hopefully this is a case of FAFO for the player. What a merkin.

Arthur is from the very top shelf - and a life long Parramatta fan!

More importantly, its my experience that the club wouldn't issue a release with that much detail unless they had some significant advice in their back pocket

Didn't age great unfortunately!
I’m going to go back there and give him a piece of my mind

Over another couple of pints
then again, Parra going to court might be part of the haggling.
I don’t think so. Other clubs aren’t really going to be interested until after court.
Although I guess we could also just be haggling with Lomax to see if he agrees to f**k off for 3 years instead of pay his lawyers

that makes twice his manager should have been sacked
the first was not having a R360 contract ready to sign the second zac left the eels
