This was a longer address/statement then Albo's last night.

By the sounds of it even the club have realised its best keeping there distance.

Like everyone , I spend an outrageous amount of my employers time on social media , and I’ve never listened or heard of Karen or her plodcast. Sounds like the plodcast world is just like the forums world .

I’m not too sure you could call some of Marks contracts a result of great administration. Maybe it’s just me.
but agree , he shouldn’t even be allowed to say the word recruitment within 100 yards of the club.
Was referring to general admin like COE, pathways, education etc, the contractual and recruitment side has been basically lacklustre and like MONs previous experience Tigpies like.

They need a recruitment specialist to sell the club etc, and if it’s expense, Just move on the list manager, as whatever he manages it’s not the playing list.

The reality is that Jim and Mark are very good administrators, but the club has a real need for a recruitment specialist as what we have now isn’t working. Probably until that is addressed, our roster will remain orbiting at the edge of most top 8/10 clubs.
While I think Sarantinos at least is a decent administrator, and TBF to you, you’ve said this for a long time, good administration often goes hand in hand with being “methodical” ie slow. And whilst in general business that’s fine, NRL is a business environment unto itself, sometimes you need to behave like a footballer.

That Rogers guy is less than impressive. He could not even land a gig in the NRL at one stage and had to go to the AFL. How we ended up with a imposter like that as the face to represent us as a players potential future is dumbfounding. Imagine having Mal MeFinger , Tallis , Danny Buderus , etc etc from the rivals sitting at your kitchen table on minute , then Ben Rogers and MON turn up in their Holden Astra the next
When the Tigers ( yeah I know another one ) punted Fulton , we should’ve pounced. He at least has credibility. But Roger’s is MONs mate. Inept people like to surround themselves with more of the same .

Good governance doesn’t align with sporting success, which requires a mindset more like an expensive hobby (i.e. negative ROI).

They'll have nothing to do there but focus on league. No women to distract them. You might be onto something mate.

What we will probably end up seeing is that many imports will go there on a 2-3 year stint, kind of like at the Warriors but even more so, make their mark and money and leave. That 3 year stint will be a life changer for most and set them up for a home at the very least.

But I expect that with the amount of inquiries from players, that they will have the luxury of picking the right type of player, more so than the Warriors ever did.

What an absolute f**kwit.

merkin, there are people catching bombs landing on their homes currently and we are about to slip into one of the worst financial crises in our country’s history!

You actually think people care about your self imposed importance?

You’ve had delusions of grandeur thinking you’ll be the next sideline commentator for Fox all because you broadcast to other peanuts about how much more you know about footy?!

I’m pretty sure that f**kwit was the one encouraging protesters or back turning or some rubbish a while back.

I feel bad adding to their “views” but I just sat there and laughed at the audacity of him telling our club, established in 1947, that they need his “content creation” lol.

If you are reading this, eat a f**king dick merkin!

Rant over. I hope you all have a lovely day.

Gould and Ciraldo are stubborn..

We all know Galvin is best at 5/8 but won't move him there.. they even moved Crichton from centre to 5/8 on the weekend..
If they are moving on Xerri they move Burton to centre Galvin to 5/8 and bring in a half..
Honestly the doggies are probably treading water until mitch woods is ready for nrl is my guess. Then they have mitch at 7 and galvin at 6 and burton probably to perth or some shit and xerri also gone
