I just remember when he rescued Morgan Harper from going to the UK. Mon rushed to the airport and begged with Harper to sign with Parra. He sold it to Harper telling him he was the greatest RMC quality player in the Nation and Parra needs your ilk.

MON is such a talent identifier. Look at our team. Loook at our reserve grade team. Full of Moneyball acquisitions.

With the addition of the Bears and teams like the dragons throwing more cash and 5yr deals at KK, ‘elite’ signings at ‘good value’ are gonna be hard to come by.
I think we’ll see a repeat of what’s been happening so far under Ryles.

MON has a few secret to his success. He prides himself on the following KPI’s as he finds his talent:

- speed- not required - tick
- natural skill - what is this KPI, anyway not necessary- tick
- tackling- is this apart of league ? Optional extra - ok tick
- RMC standard - massive KPI must sign - tick
- picture of Morgan Harper / Tago / Lussick - on his wall as comparison dream targets for his signings.

Apart from Brown whats he done? Smith wasn't wanted at the Roosters and we turned him down. They did pick up the young front rower from the Raiders.
