how do you know if they've got the doors closed?

In case dodgy little merkins like chiefy make their way inside and pretend they're the cleaner and just lurk outside the office with a further duster whilst hanging on to every word that BA and Bernie says

You really are MAD.

At some point a person must make a decision. And move forward. At that point you wont look back. Only the cowards and desperate turn around. We have moved on from Hayne and with 2 genuine play makers his skills will be less needed. It would just take away from Norman and Moses chances of attacking.
Penrith is a good example of to many cooks.

That's really funny. I thought they were supposed to be an example of how a well-balanced side of first graders without any superstars could win the premiership.

What does it matter? What problem are you trying to fix?

So......some teams announce their lineups on Tuesday. And those affected by the mid-week game announce them on Thursday. No team is advantaged or disadvantaged by this. It's a 20 man squad. I don't get what the problem is either way. I wouldn't care if they all announced squads on Wednesday, I just don't see the problem with the current situation.
And what problem are they trying to fix by making some teams do it tuesday and not all at the same time as always?

FMD. So you're 100% correct because there is a vague article in the paper, and yet everyone else is wrong on this forum because the Moses signing hasnt been announced yet by the club.

You do realise how stupid that is don't you?

My prediction is correct and is being fulfilled.

I have a good track record including predicting the 2009 winning streak before it happened that lead to a Grand Final.

I am still hopeful of 1. Hayne, 6. Norman, 7. Cronk, but I understand that Moses is probably more affordable given the forwards situation.

You're certainly touching something but it's not the natural order of the game.

Look, do we actually want to win a premiership in the near future? Get Hayne back here and go for it. It would be like when Ken Thornett came out of retirement to play for us again. It would be good for Parramatta and the game on so many different levels.

Cronk would be nice, but to me it would be too much like buying a premiership. Same thing if we signed Thurston or someone like that. At least Hayne is a Parramatta junior and played with us for so long, so it's different (to me, anyway). I can also see Hayne wanting to reclaim the faith of the Parra supporters and to fix up his reputation somewhat - so I don't think his return would be as unlikely as some might think. If he came back, it would gladden the heart of this (fairly) old Eels fan.[/QUOTE]

I agree with that entirely. That's just marketing stuff. But given that we have a reporting deadline, I don't see that this week's situation represents any big deal.
