This was just posted on Bookface, WWOS saying Foran claims he is owed $150K from Manly alleging its cash from a third party.

Foran talked about this last year and what did the NRL do, NOTHING, BIG ZERO, ZILCH. They weren't interested then why should they now unless it starts being mentioned in the news daily. There was already a stench coming from Manly FC over this and then match fixing and now cheating.

I wouldn't be in the least surprised if Manly haven't been cheating the cap for years where every year they played in the finals. Even now they have assembled a team far in excess of the cap imo with about $1.5m sitting on the sidelines in Matai and Stewart and $1m a year for DCE.

Won't stop that, but it will stop bogus 3rd party deals and nrl clubs failing to remain at arms length. It will also allow for a more level playing field with teams like roosters and broncos that you'd expect would lose players.

True...although our inability to win the ruck in both attack and defence is probably a large contributor to our penalties for and against. Better middle forwards would certainly help in this regard.

He does. IIRC correctly he even used the phrase "not good enough" after a game to describe the refs. May have been after the Souths game, where he had a pretty good diplomatic crack at them.

But because he's not red in the face and demanding an investigation fans think he's not discussing the refs
