If we organise TPAs to keep him we play for no points again.
Maybe his idiot manager should organise TPAs for a massively marketable player right now instead of trying to send him to France....

Agree. Entice him to extend by upgrading his 2017 contract. Semi should prolly ditch his Current manager if it's true about Fiji airways. He's the face of Fiji, not the plane.

Some of us should set up a player management agency.
Register with the NRL, approach the Eels on the sly (not recorded in board meetings), and tell them we are huge fans, we can get players to stay at the club for slightly less. Get the best young talent signed up from Parra area, then farm off the unwanted ones to chooks at top dollar, and convince the wanted ones to stay for a tich below market value.
Then anyone who calls the club with a TPA they can say 'oh no, speak to the agent' in full confidence we are keeping their player.

It's like legal cheating!

yeah - it seems he is agreeing to do what he already agreed to and has had to renege on the agreement he recently agreed on which would have meant reneging on the agreement he had previously agreed on all because by agreeing to the new agreement and reneging on the old agreement he would have been unable to fulfil his new agreement because it would mean he is unable to fulfil the old agreement so in short he has had to renege on the agreement he just agreed to so he can complete the agreement he had already agreed to.

Agreed?
