The events at the source of this allegedly took place on Sunday night. Remind me how long it took for the Kenny and Semi stuff to become public? 2 days, several weeks, couple of months?

It says they cannot comment because it is a "court proceeding" ... surely that suggests he has been charged already.

And it says police are investigating if there are other incidents - suggests not in the process of investigating this incident, but if there are more

So the smatterings don't really give a clear indication why the dude can't be named ... if it is going to court surely it will be public knowledge

Any 'court proceeding' may be an application for an AVO, not necessarily a charge.
