How do you know? It's been reported there was an even higher offer than the Titans. And there's a huge gulf between 833k and 1.2 mill.
Why would he choose the Titans over any of the big name clubs unless they were offering more money.
I'm sure they didn't. But ours included a significant portion intended to remain outside the cap. So our offer wasn't massive either, from a salary cap point of view. Looks like Arthur refuses to spend more than about $800k of his cap on a single player.
He mustn't have wanted to live in Sydney after all.
