It’s not like the cap is easy to manage, look at the dogs and see what Des has done to them and manly before them, even successful coaches can’t work it out

It's not that they can't work it out, it's that they prioritise some years over others, the idea being to build a premiership window. If they were happy to finish mid-table every year they could do that, but they want a premiership. And besides, when the premiership window closes it will probably be some other coach's problem.

Parcell is average and why know one wanted him.
Kaysa and Mahoney is fine. Mahoney reminds me of cook.
Kaysa isn't woefull as people make out. Been out for 10 weeks. I thought bar the forward pass was solid last night. And very good against Tigers,Manly and sharks before injury hit him.

I agree kaysa and Mahoney will do a good job for us next year, if not then there should be good options for 2020 using Norman’s money
