Because 'we' obviously don't have the best people to start with. How are 'we' going to get them? Who is 'we' anyway? Not the coach, not the CEO, not the board or the chairman. The 'we' I refer to here is the voting members of the PLC. Those idiots have proven they can't get the best people.

We need to replace the voting members. Get a new 'we'.

Well you are as usual the one full of negativity and misinformation. Of course we can compete with the best of them. We just have a terrible track record of not being able to identify who the best are. We are only now coming into a new age for Parra. It will take a little more time, but we will be a force to be reckoned with in the near future. We have always though had the potential, but were being hobbled by people like you running the joint. You know the type, spinners that talk big, but deliver nothing but the same smell of failure year after year.

As for wealthy benefactors willing to give their hard earned to the club, they will only come onboard once the club as a whole has turned the corner on and off the field.
