Griffin was obviously replaced to make it easier to pay the Cleary family outside the cap. What was Bennett held accountable for? The Broncos performed highly under him, but their management wanted the next big thing in coaching and they knew they could get him.

You have no idea if that’s the reason the Panthers moved on Griffin. It’s your theory and nothing more!! Another theory is that the Panthers didn’t see him as capable of delivering a premiership. The same theory is plausible (even likely) for Bennett. Obviously both of those clubs have significantly higher expectations than our club.

People can talk about the sombrero as much as they like but players still wants to win comps and this is why they join successful clubs like the Roosters and to a lesser extent Cronulla. You cannot tell me the Sharks have superior corporate support than us. It’s all about success and the increased chances of winning a comp which is still a grail for most players.

Which means it was quite valid to include Evans despite him not playing for the Roosters when they won the comp in 2018 and at no stage was I claiming it likes it's some amazing win for BA and the club.

And yet you don't dispute the Roosters were last years premiers. I know Evans wasn't part of that team by the way because i watched him play for Wenty a few times. Though he was top 17 at the Roosters when we signed him.

Wenty may yet be on a winner!!!! Evans looked good being the 6th best forward in a strong pack but he has shown in an average pack like ours he's a f**king nobody. Anything over 250k is massive overs.. And we wonder why we didn't have the money for someone like Hayne. Some absolute Plodders must be getting some juicy overs, our cap, retention and planning since Brian Smith walked out the door has been embarrassing. He's been gone for over 12 years, I just hope rhope the excellent work by Anthony Field doesn't go to waste.

Well if he’s the sixth best forward in a strong pack he should be at least the sixth best in our pack. He obviously wasn’t, meaning his form was down this year, along with nearly everyone else. It’s a bit rich to blame Evans or even the recruiters. Most of our 2018 squad played well in 2017, including Kane Evans.

Gary, nobody is saying under BA we should of jagged 3 comps already. What we’re saying is considering his time he’s had here, it’s been a failure. There’s a lot of factors of why this has occurred, but the general consensus with you is that you automatically point the finger at the board.

Was the board responsible for some of the embarrassing performances of 2018? Was it the board or BA that has assembled the team? Has the board decided to pay ageing and broken stars to multi year, multi million $$$ contracts? Is the board responsible for our lack of attack over BA’s entire tenure here?

We do have TPAs, the total I was told in somewhere in the middle. The idea was we wouldn’t have them if they weren’t registered. The ongoing comment that we don’t have any is part of the story to hammer the admin.
I think they have been ordinary , but the TPA story that we don’t have any is not correct

Nope. Matterson was originally named in the 14 jersey and then had a reshuffle before the game and they went with the lineup I posted. Tupou came off the bench.
