I agree with this. He seems like the sort of bloke who's so likeable you'd have trouble being pissed off with him. Or disciplining him. BA actually said at one point that Norman was always playing practicle jokes on him. Sounds like he was a bit too friendly with Arthur - which may not have been a good thing in terms of Arthur neing the boss or being respected by the playing group. Who knows, without Norman we might see some sort of culture shift. I'm a bit disillusioned lately, so I'm not holding my breath.
