Rumours and Stuff

If Daley and Walters were good coaches they'd be coaching a first grade team. There's no real coaching in SOO.

I didn't watch the program but I'm going to assume they were pandering to their audience. Look at the team's that both went with in Origin this year. Thurston @ 6 for QLD and Moylan and Maloney @ 6 for NSW. Is Thurston what you would consider a running five-eighth? I wouldn't, he's a half. And whilst Moylan is supposedly a fullback, in Origin 3 he only took on the line 5 times across the 80 minutes. That isn't a "running" 5/8. Do you think Maloney is a running 5/8? I certainly don't, much like Thurston he's a half. In the modern game your halves (both of them) need to be able to run, pass and kick. It doesn't matter if they're a halfback or 5/8.

So yeah you can have a cry and say you won't debate and say that I don't listen to other people's opinion but you're doing exactly the same thing.

And for the future if you don't want to debate soemthing don't post something on the world wide web.
So you are saying if someone does not care to get involved in an endless debate on a matter they should not post anything? Strange thing to say.

I have not wish to debate you as I have put my case forward, you don't agree and that is fine. I have no interest in posting back and forwards endless pots trying to say my point of view is more valid than yours. If that is how you like to enjoy the forums that is fine, I am simply not interested.

Just because they are not in prison does not mean they are not persons of interest in criminal matters. Sometimes there is not enough evidence to prove a matter beyond reasonable doubt at Court.
I don't get that. So you're a criminal but they can't prove it and you can't be put on gaol

Just ignore whatever Ram says about Moeroa.

The kid is logging great numbers for his position. Ram just cherry picks a bad game here and then to suit his argument.
Just ignore the 146m against the Tigers, 147m against the Titans, and focus on a 30m game, or a 55m game.

Of course he has his ups and downs in attack, that's to be expected for a younger forward. His defensive workload has been great, and he brings some sting to the pack. Will be better in attack next season - I'd expect him to be over 100m every game in a couple of years - but that's very difficult for a backrower to be achieving in their first season or 2.

Tell you what cherry picker, why don't you go back and look at all his games this season and tell me how many he made 100m+ vs under 100m and lets see who is talking shit.

I don't think we need to spend any time in a court. The burden if proof is on the prosecution. If they cannot prove to the judge or jury's liking that a person is guilty of a crime then they are still classified as innocent regardless of whether they actually did the crime or not. That is the point people are making here. Innocent until PROVEN guilty

So what constitutes consorting anyway. Is it length of time around a criminal, distance to them, the type of meal or what. I mean is it ok for a quick maccas trip with an armed robber but you can't have a chinese meal with a bloke who didn't pay his parking fines?

Because they can't prove it

Ive driven passed plenty of speed cameras and police radar and been over the speed limit, but have still received no ticket.

How many people who aren't NRL footballers have recieved notices for consorting with criminals?

Just like giving someone a speeding ticket or not its a discretionary decision....

You are exactly right, although most matters are heard by a Magistrate not a judge. Having said that it is common knowledge even amongst Magistrates and Judges that Criminals get off at Court often as there is not enough evidence. to convict. They will often say as much when summing up a matter.
It is up to the Prosecution to prove a matter beyond Reasonable Doubt. If that can not be reached the accused will walk free.
