That’s a little short sighted. If we rated him we would have wrapped him up earlier. He’s been committed all through his junior years. If his management have secured a lucrative offer then let him fly and focus on another junior or recruit someone else’s talent.
I’d argue letting him leave early is short sighted as we won’t have the option to play him in first grade if we need towards the end of the season. He has hardly been committed. The first chance the merkin gets for a top 30 spot and he leaves. The merkin can get f**ked and I hope he turns out bog average and can’t even crack the shitty tigers team

If you share the opinion of the majority of the posts on this forum it is unlikely that he will displace any of the incumbent forward pack and that he has significant development steps to take. So the chances of playing at the back end of the year are limited. Parra signed him on a development contract so the hierarchy seem to share that view.
I think he will develop eventually into an exiting prospect but you can never really tell until he has been given a shot.
The lad has been committed. He has gone out and put his body on the line week in week out albeit in the junior grades for years. You only get a few opportunities in football and if the Tigers have packaged one just in time for Christmas then I’m happy for him. We should have been more astute in retaining his services (although this is getting increasingly harder with player agents).
The way forward is surely to focus on getting someone else in we can develop. Good luck to Stefano. He’s 19 years old - be gracious and send him off to make the most of his opportunity.

Gracious? We can be gracious by honouring the final year of his contract.

I reckon it depends upon how many of our allocated development spots we can fill, if we are gonna run with vacant spots anyways, there's no advantage to us really to let him go. He can cover for injury or whatever. If we intend to fill our spots, and still have blokes missing out who we'd like to place, then release him and move on.

One things for certain, we don't want to waste resources further developing the guy if that's at the expense of another bloke who may just appear in first grade for us one day.

What's embarrassing is how you come up with all these scenarios and convince yourself that they are true. Then spend the day losing your shit over it.
That's the point, I don't spend my day on this site, just visit it in the morning only, and forget about it for the rest of the day. That you consistently comment about my posts is the point in question

Everyone calls you out on your looney posts. Think about it.
