I think Gutherson/Norman will work but if we are offered Ben Hunt I wouldn't suggest that the club say no.

Hunt and Norman are good friends and I think a player like Hunt would work well with our structure.

Sharks have two middle forwards that are daylight ahead of any middle forward we now have at the club.

The sharks two edge back rowers are also as good or not better than ours.

well The Knights are who I was thinking of, thats a pretty decent team they have assembled on a state cup budget

They're not on a state cup budget. It's a feeder team - they can use every Dragons NRL player who is eligible. They used eight of them yesterday, with eight part-timers contracted to the Cutters NSW Cup entity (and one Dragons NYC player).

Meanwhile Burleigh used thirteen of their own players and four NRL contracted Titans players.

That Cutters team remind me of that Wenty Team a few years back that Rip Taylor coached to a state title. Pretty sure Maloney and Marcus Perenara were the halves. That year we basically had two very good reserve grade teams just like Saints and the Cutters this year.

I doubt the Dragons Reserve Grade Team would come within 50 points of their NRL Team.
