I mentioned this in my team list. Paps is better on the left edge just like waqa is.

It’s the “Pou suggested it so it’s wrong” conundrum. Papali’i can be awesome in attack, especially on an edge. But edge defence he can be a liability. Lane/Matto are the same. People fawn over Kikau trampling a halfback but conveniently forget the other week when Gutho got on his outside and brushed his tackle off. (Yes it is intended).
It’s a basic cost/benefit analysis. Big guys can run over little guys, but little guys can run around big guys. Second roe is just where the tipping point is.
It’s how Simonsson allowed Tits to get outside him because Penisini/Moses are suddenly two in because the edge forward is struggling to cover the ground

Interesting proposition, he definitely needs a change of scenery to get his mojo back you'd think. But I don't see NRown adapting to en edge easily....
