Moses played junior footy at the Toongabbie All Saints and Harold Matthews for the Eels, Uncle Ben Elias chewed his ear off and got him to the Tigers and into Holy Cross School at age 16.

talk to Moses and he will always tell you he is a Parra junior

No question that Moses was a Parra junior, and a Tigers junior. Same as Galvin.

May be talented? He's a tall skinny five-eighth who's played a bit of edge forward. His strength seems to be his fitness. He could be a red headed Jake Arthur without the kicking game.

To be fair, he is 19 and has a three year top 30 contract, so the Tigers must rate him.
He is rated and is a great player at his current level. Was 6 for Aus schoolboys and NSW, Peter Sterling medal. Can play. Ironically IMO the clickbait premise of the article that started this discussion is what I worry about with Galvin. Was small at Parra and has had a massive growth spurt and is now very tall for a half and will have to build up for NRL and when he builds up enough mass to survive in NRL on that frame he will be pretty close to 100kegs IMO and is likely to start to get out of the halves. Good footballer, great passing game and kicking, great motor. Definite NRL player but Im really worried he will be a slight upgrade on Adam Doueihi and not have an actual position.

The position that we are weakest in atm is the modern ball playing lock and on the surface Galvin ticks a lot of boxes for that position but would need to put on a lot of mass and get used to a lot of NRL defence first. again, hasnt played Flegg yet. Could see him debut at centre.

I basically gave a mini run down of the article in the paper in my post. Save the clicks

He was a in our system was a mad keen parra fan growing up but was told he was too small. And told he didn't have a future which hurt him. So he moved on to the Tigers.

He technically isn't a parramatta junior as he grew up in Campbelltown so tigers lost him in the first place.

He also idolises Munster and bases his style of play on him.
so he wants to be a grub

So reading the paper this morning thIs kid was a Parramatta fan in his childhood was in the development squad for 4 years got told he wasnt needed so we snubbed him and it broke his heart.

But he grew up in Campbelltown so he wasn't even a Parramatta junior.

But I am guessing we will hear how we snubbed him for the next decade if he turns out half decent.
Does that mean Hayne wasn’t a Parra junior because he grew up in Minto?

Leumeah was "his house" apparently....

Well Campbelltown stadium was his house apparently when he kicked a FG for the Tits against the Tigers that day.
From my perspective if you play in the Parra junior league or lower grades then you’re a Parra junior. It doesn’t matter where you grew up. Will Penisini grew up in Quakers hill and it would be absurd to say he’s a Penrith junior.

Im confused, is Lachlan Galvin a Parra junior or does it depend if he is successful?
