I was there in the second last round at CommBank and I am pretty sure he got binned maybe twice AND then sent off. OK I might be sketchy on the details, but I remember thinking, dude, wherever you are next year you won’t be playing in the early rounds. Does anyone recall better than me ? Of course NSWRL never release their judiciary stuff, so there’s that.

Definitely sin binned twice but no send offs. I don’t know how the judiciary saw it, but if he’s only just been signed into the top 30 they’re probably not looking at him as a top 17 player. I doubt he’ll play in Vegas (baby).

How intoxicated does the NRL allow you to get in these circumstances?

I get the sentiment and no this isn’t a bad event, but it just shows NRL players are really really dumb. This type of behaviour definitely affects the greater NRL economy and creates an environment that fosters worse incidents. Maybe Carrigan/Reynolds shouldn’t be penalised but it definitely shouldn’t be “boys will be boys” because that sends a terrible message.
I defended Drown at the time but suspending him was the right move.

Gee the Leilua brothers have a bad smell where-ever they go. They can't last at a club for more then 3-4 years and move on.
