Interesting move...a positive I think for all concerned.
I don't think Ryles wants players meandering around on the field....Sivo was a weapon 10m out...everywhere else almost a liability. Throw in his judiciary record and a very handsome salary it was a recipe for further disaster and disappointment.
Thanks for the amazing tries Sivo...can never forget running over tedesco and Voss's commentary that goes with it...call an ambulance, no call a priest....one of the all time best pieces of commentary there

Genuinely happy with today’s announcements. Firstly Doorey… extended for a season. Make or break for him under Ryles. If he can get himself fitter, at worst he’s a good squad player. I assume minimum wage, good extension.

Samrani and Papalii are both pretty exciting for mine. See what happens, but we’ve gone for youth and that’s a great thing. I see Samrani has a 90% tackle efficiency, further good news.

Finally moving on Mika. I won’t shit on him as we bid farewell. At his best, he was one of the most damaging ball runners we’ve seen in a long time. Somewhere along the way he lost a bit of that zest, particularly rucking it out. But I’ll remember the good times, like sending Tedesco into the shadow realm.

I assume we are chipping in for his Leeds wage but at worst, we are probably saving 200-300k.

I'm led to believe that we are negotiating on the amount we are chipping in...
