Well I must say that I've been highly impressed by Ryles appointment, his choice of assistants, his appointing of full time coaches for junior teams, recruitment and extension of players both male and female and his identification of our deficiencies so quickly.

Perhaps our only roster deficiency is hooker but from all training reports (TCT) Riley Smith is training the house down and maybe Ryles believes that he and Hands are the solution. We appear to be building the roster nicely with plenty of potential and at bargain basement prices. Case in point is recent recruit Kautoga, again a player of huge potential. It's now up to the coaches to prize open that potential onto the playing field.

Time will tell if he is a decent coach but impressions so far are positive. Can't wait for the season to kick off.

💯 agree

What he also has shown is the way recruit and retain. Because we have been weak lower grades , players like Blaize essentially held a gun to our head as he was the “one gun” and he still left for “greener pastures”. Now by shoring up the depth no junior will have that power over the club and also can be easily replaced on top of by having depth they will also be pushed .

Also to build the culture he wants it was great move letting Gutho go early as would have been counter productive to have the ex captain hang around for a year and leaving when you trying to get the team to buy into the club . This is where i actually think JAC will be great , he is a good talker on field and in training and loves to interact with fans

When did Ryles become our Head of Football and CEO?

Ryles has nothing to do with the women’s team.

Help please forum - this is firmly in the stuff category. I’m selling a car and a potential buyer wants a vehicleinspectify report. Specifically that one. I’m suspicious. Does anyone have any experience with this? I’m happy to pay for the service NSW one.
