EELS SIGN TEEN TONGUE TWISTER

Rugby league commentators, prepare yourselves!

Parramatta have just signed a 15-year-old Kiwi kid who has one hell of a name: Jacob Ratumaitavuki-Kneepkens.

According to Fairfax NZ, the young fullback has taken up an academy offer at the Eels that will see him travel across the ditch for two training camps before spending six months in Australia in 2018 for the SG Ball (under 18s) competition.

“It’s pretty overwhelming. At the start it definitely was because I’ve liked the Eels since Jarryd Hayne was playing for them [Hayne left the club in 2014]. It’s just surreal,” Ratumaitavuki-Kneepkens said.

Best signing since ....Connor Broadhurst.

Creagh was a tough enough footballer. He just wasn't a fighter.

creagh actually can fight, his glovework was well regarded within the playing community. his ticker though is defined by his moment of flight. his excuse that he didn't want to conceed a penalty is comedy value at best

Who's more of a fairy you reckon moylan or creagh?

I still don't know how these two ever played origin.
Creagh. Last year Gasnier said he is actually a good fighter and he only ran away from a fight in origin because he didn't want to cost his team. I guess that's what you call alternative facts because the truth was NSW had the game won with only a few minutes to go so even if he did get binned it would have had no affect on the game

I think some really underestimate the playing ability and toughness required to even get a start in a NRL clubs under 20's or NRL squad. Let alone get an NRL game!!

Well it's all relative isn't it. Just like no one playing NRL is really a shit footballer. They are just shit compared to other NRL players.

When they say his glove work was good, do they mean on a bag? ... its a bit different
The Aussie selectors also claim Matty Wades glovework is good as well. Wouldn't suprise me if Benny Creagh is another bloke in Australia that can keep better than Matty Wade.
