DeGois is better at teh moment, Lichaa may end up a better player but on current IDG is better for our team.

He's bigger and younger - he's 24 next year - so probably still improving. But overall not really better than De Gois I'd say.

Just had a quick look at the stats,not a huge difference between them. Both played 22 games.

3 tries each, Lichaa has 7 TA to Degois 2. Lichaa averages 33 m per game Degois 20 m.

Lichaa is probably a bit better in attack (not massively).

Defence was interesting, Lichaa made approx 962 tackles , De Gois only 745. Maybe Lichaa had more game time.

Tackle success rate is Lichaa 96% Degois 92%

Obviously stats don't tell the full story, like does Lichaa lead his sides line speed like De Gois ( but this can be coached too). What is there service like? Does the coaching structure restrict them to show what they are capable of in attack?

Degois has obviously peaked while Lichaa has more room for improvement.

Degois would be cheaper.

Lichaa probably has the defensive ability to suit a BA coached side.

Update as Pou said Lichaa is bigger 183cm 90kg Degois 178cm 87 kg.

De Gois will be the worst starting hooker in the comp next season, Lichaa is no world beater but would be an upgrade but when you factor in the price there wouldn't be much in it.

Looking at these stats Lichaa is absolutely a better player.

Lichaa can play 80 minutes, which is only really a bonus if you only have one hooker in your top 17.

I'll be happy with Hastings as well, I'd back BA to turn him around. He has got a heap more upside then anyone else on the market ATM. He showed at 19 what he was capable of along side Maloney.

Definitely more potential than Hunt, and probably cheaper too.
