Although I guess pre-contact metres would be more of a defensive metric (How many pre-contact metres a team gives away rather than how many they make) which you could use to see how good a team is at wrestling and defensive line speed.

If only there was a way to work out total metres....need a computer I guess.

If I count a high enough number, I get more room for the rings.
To high though and I lose space.

True that. It was Sterlo that use to fly. Passing from the scrum base.
Did Sterlo invent that? I cant recall anyone else doing it. What a champion.
