It is just below on page 1 of the Eels forum.

There's no need to be rude.Open your eyes.
The Roosters and who else?
We Need to be more like Melbourne and have the inner suburbs represented and playing near town.
I’ve learnt to accept it. I’ve been following this club since before I can remember, and I’ve been staunch since I moved in with my dad in 1990. Complaining and looking for scapegoats has changed nothing in all those decades. If the club ever rises above mediocrity it’ll be because of work done by the likes of McElduff and the board, not because the fans demanded a new coach.
You wrote a garage! That's shit for you...
The rest of the garage you wrote
Yes they are.is a stab at other fans but unfortunately they aren't losers like you..
I don’t mind the Tigers. You should go try supporting the Tigers.
The lack of resources and bad luck that the Tigers has had the last 10 or so years would cause a triple Roper from Pou.
I think you are wrong. Why when you have Ctown growing and the Tigers in that Corridor.
You aren't going to be getting anyone new from Sydney (to support this team)by moving the Tigers there and calling them the Sydney Tigers.
The bigger important issue is where the juniors are.you didnt say smarter, you said smart/ Smart people dont run a club the way our club has been run. They are in their death throes now and then we will see the rebirth. Exciting times ahead.
They haven't come away empty handed at least they have a created a dynasty just like Penrith have. The lack of resources and bad luck that the Tigers has had the last 10 or so years would cause a triple Roper from Pou.
You are 85% correct.I assume they are talking about semen.
We need an expert on this subject
@Gary Gutful glug glugging?
lol. @JokerEel wrote a garage!You wrote a garage!
He's referring to semen @hindy111The lack of resources and bad luck that the Tigers has had the last 10 or so years would cause a triple Roper from Pou.
The 2007 squad had the best backline in the comp (Hayne,Inu,Tahu and Grothe) at the peak of their powers and some pretty good forwards like Cayless, Fui and of course Hindmarsh. We absolutely could have won the comp with that team. What was so great about our squad under Hagan? You overrating our players again? Classic sports fan worshiping your heroes glug glug glug
2005 was a great squad as well. Fui getting suspended and Hindmarsh doing his ACL before the finals screwed us over.Says who? We dominated in 2001 and were unlucky on grand final day, and then spent three straight years losing more than we won:
'02: 10/25
'03: 11/24
'04: 9/24
In '05 Smith again had us overachieve for 24 games before the wheels fell off in the finals. Whether that was bad luck or you've got a scapegoat ready to rock, we were indeed decently run. But there were no superclubs back then like there are now. So there was less competition.
Oh yeah like how we were the best run club in the mid-2000s. In a single nine month period we had three coaches that included Hagan and Jason Taylor.
Smith did a great job with our pathways. Hagan won f**k all with them. We should've gotten the bloke who set up Newcastle's pathways ffs
Having Balmain & Wests juniors gives Tigers the opportunity for twice as many junior teams to work with. Wests teams are prioritised. If a kid is from Inner West they will play for Balmain, if they are from South West they will play for Wests. If they are from somewhere else and are any good they will be at Wests. The bigger important issue is where the juniors are.
In junior reps when teams play agst Balmain they see their mates from the western suburbs playing for the Tigers, not Balmain juniors. Then when they play agst Wests 90% or more are from the Campbelltown/Camden area and play a tough physical game.
Its almost like the Tigers should build a junior academy at Lumeah......Not sure asking 17/18year old players to train at Concord with all the travel involved is attractive for a lot of them.
Money is being spent on both grounds and the future will be out of both.Ignoring that area where their strength is , remains a poor strategy and let’s face it, in reality Leichhardt Oval is a dump. Build the support out at Campbelltown seems sensible medium term.
Getting on the front foot early in the new year I see.The Storm are notorious for shitting the bed in big games. They can afford to. In fact Hagan might’ve been the reason we were able to compete that day. After all he is one of only two coaches Johns won premierships under.
Calling us average isn’t talking us down. It’s who we are. It describes our results over nearly forty years. When professionalism swamped pokie money we came back to the pack. That’s nobody’s fault.
