To be Honest when Cleary is out it's not just Luai that steps up the whole squad steps up to fill in.

Drown would look at least as good as Luai if he was playing at Penrith. Luai’s team is rarely behind on the scoreboard, so he isn’t expected to pull rabbits out of his arse nearly as often as the playmakers in strong defensive teams.
