I think that will probably be a big factor if we move away from POs. The broader NRL view of them is self-fulfilling. However the confusing part around it is surely that isn’t the reason why they aren’t more prevalent around the league?

I'd say most players don't want them. Just like how most merkins in that demographic won't pay for insurance.
