Well myself and Ham both wondered what he meant. I’ve already shown that it’s likely he was looking for a depth player.

No he doesn’t coach NSW Cup, he coaches the NRL side. However nearly half his players (the backups and unused depth players) will be playing reserve grade through the year. He is still their coach. They all train together through the week, even if they will be playing reserve grade that weekend.

I’m referring to contract negotiations. I think we’ve decided that it’s worth not keeping any of our roster if the only way we can get them to sign is to include POs. We’ll have a max figure in mind and if we can’t reach an agreement we’ll move on and not use POs as a bargaining tool.
