You can't really compare the 2 indiscretions. Mam's involved Airbags... Drown's involved Funbags...Didn't he sit out more weeks than Mam will have to?
Here’s a thought
When all these Orr and MON inspired shenanigans are finalised, would be a good idea for the club to actually provide an explanation of what advantages to the club these options were, and why they were agreed to. We are a fan based sporting club so why not .
Here's a hypothetical for you Delboy. Just with respect to Moses' PO.
Rewind to early 2023, and you are negotiating back and forth with him regarding extending his contract. You would like to sign him til the end of 2028. He doesn't want to commit for that long at a fixed price. So his manager says 'we'll either sign to the end of 2026 for $X, or we'll sign til 2028, with a player option for 2027 and 2028 for $X - 10%. That option has to be exercised on October 31 2025'. What do you do?
Sounds like a job for our resident expert from Perth. Here’s a thought

Did we save 10% on moses, brown, penisini, matterson and talagi?
How much is 10% of talagis contract?? 10k?

No one is going to take a 10% paycut I don't care what anyone says on here just so they can have a longer contract.
Hence , would be interesting tohave an explanation of the option from the club, guesses, arguments Pousplanations and no one knows or understands the position the club took. Here's a hypothetical for you Delboy. Just with respect to Moses' PO.

Can we now at least all agree that what Brown and his management are doing is a f**king circus. Enough of the but ‘I don’t see he is doing anything wrong’ bullshit.
The guy is a f**king one trick pony and a clown. I’ll be celebrating if he leaves. Seriously just f**k off already. And the Orr clan can get f**ked too. Not you @Gronk you are fine this time. I don’t even remember where you stood with him. I know Suity deep throated him a few times.
The corollary of that statement, is that Brown is doing exactly what the R&R decision makers allows him to do, hence my question Why?Brown is doing what the PO allows him to do...
That's why the club is moving away from them
You at the very least were up for a handjob. Don’t get me to start searching. That's not true.
I would like him to stay, but if he goes, I won't lose any sleep over it.

This is just part of the reason why I don't think we'll make the 8 this year. The Orr’s are dumb as spit, how do you get bent over by them??
Thank f**k we have an adult at the club and we are moving on from PO’s and won’t be beholden to greedy managers.
If/when the peanut leaves I wonder if we just offer the money we were giving him, $975k by all reports is enough to entice Galvin?
Brown is doing what the PO allows him to do...

Do I hear 20 million? Going once, going twice............Dogs or Rooster will offer him a 10yr deal worth 15million imo.
