I'd go after a strike centre and 1 or 2 edge forwards. Unsure if I'd sign JAC up. If not another gun winger who is a eater eater type.

Do you give S.Pryke a chance?

Of all the young forwards in reserve grade, he is the one I'm most on the fence about. The ones currently playing NRL (Kautoga, Tuivati, Guymer) are obviously more likely than not to make it. The ones in reserve grade (Latu, Mataele, Parker) are unlikely to make it. With Pryke I could only guess, uneducatedly.

Basically Newcastle want Dylan Brown this season and we get Hastings in return but parra don't want Hastings according to Aaron Woods.
So who knows?

Basically Newcastle want Dylan Brown this season and we get Hastings in return but parra don't want Hastings according to Aaron Woods.
So who knows?

If our club goes and let's Brown go early to get Hastings as a replacement someone needs to be shot.

Up until this weekend past; I’d have taken that trade. At least Hastings appears to give a fk. Same can’t be said of Dylan who’s dialled in his efforts. Vastly improved from him this weekend it must be said. Amazing how putting in effort/backing up leads to a much better performance.

I would ever trade for Hastings I would rather us play BA in the halves than sign him.. every where he goes he seems to cause trouble.

Admittedly I’m somewhat exaggerating but I did message mates saying I’d take Tyson Gamble. I was really off Brown’s lack of effort. Anyway, here’s hoping he continues to pull the finger out or we get someone decent in a swap.

Apparently we are signing Lykhan King-Togia from the Dragons, anyone know anything about him?

I checked his stats and he has a 96% tackle efficiency in cup which is promising

He looks to play five-eighth on the left side predominantly. Perhaps he's being considered as a like-for-like replacement for Dylan Brown. I would’ve thought we might go for someone more experienced, but maybe Ryles is confident in taking this path (signing top-tier juniors), especially considering how well Iongi has gone so far.
