That’s my point. Lomax I just feel will end up a winger with Ryles. Either way I’d love to have someone really powerful. Penisini I’ve called out for the last 3 years ready to explode and he just becomes more plod each year. If he doesn’t show more in the next few months it’ll be interesting to see what happens.

Regardless of you, Simmo deserves to be in there he is refreshing.

Penisini and Russell are def meh. But adding Simonson to this is rough. He is a winger and good one.
We def need an explosive centre - thankfully Lomax is back soon. But we should be looking to add another one.

Lomax is a winger and NOT a centre. We must have a decent centre in Cup or Flegg surely we can put into team after round 11?

Btw has Samrani been promoted into top 30 or Dev? Move him to edge forward and see how he goes next week, can't be worse than what we have now.

1 or 2 destructive back rowers would also be nice. We need at least one threat on each edge. We have lomax coming back (who should be a winger). But on the other side we’ll have an edge combo of kautoga/guymer/tuilagi and Russell/penisini. Weak in attack and defence.
Hopefully Samrani can continue to improve. He could add something playing 30 minutes off the bench on an edge while covering injuries out wide

Was interesting seeing him basically playing as a backrower in attack on Friday. Kautoga was outside him on so many plays

It was a shape where Russell ran an unders line while Kautoga wrapped behind him. Very similar to a shape we used with Ma’u (left) and Edwards (right) before 2019.

Just watching replays as I was at the Top Fuel Drags at SMSP and I have to ask who is that booming centre for the Roosters! Oh how I yearn for a 6’3” + destructive centre!!

I'm keen to see what samrani can do as edge back rower. This year is a good year to take a good look at him in the role .

Lomax has already played a couple of really good games at centre with crap halves inside him.
I am very optimistic about how he will go with Moses doing what he does - creating space and also Moses making Brown a bigger threat. We can still use Lomax under Moses bombs/cross field kicks while playing centre.

Daniel Anderson was our best coach since BS - except that the 3P idiots ousted him. I'd love to get DA back to replace that spud O'Niell.
