Since we have exited NT, I think we request not to play magic round.. now i know this robs our loyal Qld parra fans the opportunity.
It's just that our record at magic round is putrid..

Other teams in better positions than us have been able to recruit. We haven’t recruited a single player for 2026 to improve our squad. We have actually released players. What are Ryles / MON / Rogers / Jim doing? How are we going to improve when we have too many reserve graders filling out our squad?

The same question comes up, what had MON done to improve the roster since being appointed and adding his mate Rogers. Not much is I believe the answer, could you be confident it will improve this off season.

Hopefully Tuavati has been extended but no news on that front, the market place is thin as we also had to wait for Dylbro decision on the option, haven’t seemed to be any action since. The only hope it been like a duck, little movement above water but furiously working below.

At least we should have made decisions on some of our younger players, Dogs have apparently asked re Big Sam, we have some holes to fill and can’t afford to lose any NRL players.

The idea is that young reserve graders will become first graders.

I still get confused about your constant claim that MON and Rogers are 'mates' before working here together.

He's not better than bailey and lomax. Probably not better than Penisini either

We have to wait till November 1 to sign players for 2027..

There isn't anyone decent off contract for next year that Ryles thinks that will help us long term.

I hope that we sign player for 2027 and they get an early release.

We also have some decent players coming through Flegg and Ball that we probably should sign instead of plodders just to fill the top 30 (ala Harper /Jirah ).

We signed Dylan Walker...maybe we have employed Arthur Moses to get Galvin's contract at the tigpies terminated at the end of this yr..

Fogarty, Leo Thompson. We actually need a hooker (brailey / Robson / Smith) and a middle (Thompson). But no we have sat on our hands.

If we can’t attract anyone for 2026 after likely finishing last in 2025 then Ryles and our recruitment team are not the right people for the job.
