Just on origin halves
Assuming Cleary is 7 and playing and parking predominantly on the right side of the field, you can't and shouldn't be picking Moses at 6.
It's perfectly set up and suited for a left side field player with the option of a left foot kicker. HENCE Its Luai who should be picked.
Familiarity with the attack on that side and more importantly defending there.
Case shut Daley. Moses is 7 or nothing.

Hooker is one of our issues. We have f**king Hopgood playing there FFS. Starling is only 25 and is a better defender and attacker than anything we have currently.

We need:
2 edge forwards
1 5/8
1-2 props
1 hooker
1 centre/wing

unless people are satisfied with a wooden spoon team.
Ok here's my answer to the 5/8 situation.
I'm going full left field.
Move Isiah Ionghi there and sign Sua Faalogo from the Storm to play fullback.
The kid is a gun.
Otherwise Jaxon Purdue.
I really rate Dylan Lucas from Knights.. a similar type of player like him for the edge.
I think a really underrated player for edge is Luke Garner...getting better each year.
Starling with Ryley Smith would be a great hooker rotation.
Make enquiries about David Fifita..split his contract with Titans...he's a beast needs a new coach/team/direction.
Props Trey Mooney/ Griffin Neame.
What's happening with Asofa Solomona???? Not playing..injured?
The prop stocks aren't that great

That’s what most successful origin coach of all time Phil Gould basically said.

No need for that. Galvin will be here in 2026.

I do however like your forward choices, Starling included.

And defensively? And tries scored? Peanut
Defensively we missed fewer tackles and conceded fewer line breaks. That's how it works when you have more tackle breaks and line breaks in a game.

Of course we scored fewer tries ffs. That's why we lost. The comparison of tackle breaks and line breaks shows something you can't assume from the scoreboard. We did look dangerous. But the Sharks scrambled very well. They also controlled the ball better.
