The Pandas to be announced immently

no doubt our R&R would be well on top of this and are currently planning to put us on the front foot like they did when the Dolphins were announced...

smaller, quicker, fitter
Walker’s skill set is better suited as first receiver though and we look 1000 times better when he comes on to do that role. He’s the second coming of Jim Dymock. He could play hooker but I don’t think that’s ideal either but at this stage I think Walker in his role is more important than Hopgood in his.

We need:
2 edge forwards -whats happening with Latu & Samrani is a possibility
1 5/8 -Joash Papalii is a possibility if we don't get Gavin
1-2 props - any in lower grades we can bring thru?
1 hooker - same as immediately above
1 centre/wing - Mariner from Brisbane may be willing to leave to play NRL and Broncos may be willing to release to retain Cobbo

unless people are satisfied with a wooden spoon team.
I suggest we promote from within if we have players of the right calibre. JR should have a good idea of who has the potential and drive to succeed. Other players to come from outside.

Fair call, I'm only talking about the opening 20. Jimmy made a pretty good hooker late in the 2000 season.

Hopgood is just down on form atm, probably our best forward.

We got a middle forward with some super slick hands playing nsw cup atm

I wasnt that impressed against the Sharks. Funny how we see it differently. To me we never got close.

When we did, the sharks easily skipped ahead.

Yeah, some of their tries mightve been dropped balls but they beat our defense easily and ran great lines. We weren't doing anything close to it
Yes we only scored our last 2 tries when they had 12 players. What has improved is our D but still needs work and our attack is still a WIP. Better players will improve both but you have to understand that the amount of young guys in team hopefully means there is huge room for improvement, prob next year. What we need to do is improve our resilience when we lose Moses.

I think signing Walker has meant Matterson is largely depth.

Agreed and Dymock is a great comparison.

But having a hooker to play 20mins and Riley to play 60mins to me is a waste of the hooker as how many hookers out there are also good enough to play in the pack when Riley is back on and Dylan is on? It makes a lightweight pack.

Our D is better out wide... They don't rush out as much and tries and stay in a line... They did score when Drown rushed out. He should've stayed in the line and slid.

Our middle can be soft with laziness and poor defensive positioning.

Our attack for mine is still too sideways and we really dont square up the best with multiple decoys attacking the line. That's why we cant manage to create overlaps as often.

They are simple things as alot of other good teams do it
