I’m not down on this season atm unlike previous poor seasons because at this point in time there’s plenty to look forward to. In previous seasons we were locked into a lot of players who were obviously never going to get any better. Now we have a lot of young players who will potentially go on to be good first graders eg Iongi, Smith, Tuivaiti and we’re clearing a lot of dead wood. We’re also going to be armed with a war chest so if we can surround Moses who has come into his prime with a few quality pieces I think we have the makings of a contending team. The situation isn’t hopeless at all despite our position on the ladder.
