Tigers didnt release him 12 months ago, WITH 3 YEARS TO GO ON HIS CONTRACT, and Galvins Dad acquiesced because the Tigers were in a privileged position of being able to to offer extra in the next two years, which no other club were able to.

Tigers and Moses were settling on the length of the Contract until Parra illegally made an offer to Moses about three weeksbefore the Risho meeting.
