you can't have a whole team at "Bargain Basement"prices. If you want to bring in superior quality, you need to pay for it. We obviously need to manage the cap well as Iongi will be up for a big upgrade next contract and Smith will need a bump in his pay.

If we are signing forwards on similar money to the players outgoing like Cartwright, Lane and Matterson but they bring more value to the team, then we should improve.

Excellent post, juniors coming through is fine and dandy, but some of us mightn’t have another 10 years for a premiership ffs, we somehow need to attract quality NOW until juniors eventuate IF, we are so immune to failure…..to be honest I can’t see shit over the horizon, no matter what positives are happening at the moment…..year in year out we are also rans at best , watching from afar admiring all the professionally run clubs, it’s actually disgusting….this club would have been put to bed a long time ago if survival meant performance on the field, next year and the year after etc etc will be the same SHIT!!!

Yeah, I like them too when I have time but what I don't like is that they don't have chapters so you can fast forward to the Parra bits. Sometimes, their podcasts can go on for 2 hrs.

I also like the League of Inches gang, Pearce and Carney (Sixes and Sevens) and I think Matty johns comments are good.

I listen the TCT but don't like them very much and I dont really agree with how they see things but at least it is about Parra.

The worse is the Parra Cave podcast. That does nothing for me.

PS they definitely have chapters for each Poddy, for example Parra V Penrith review was like 2.3hours into a 3 hour podcast. Those 2-3hours poddies they do reviewing the footy I think are great. No ego or agenda, they just talk footy. I enjoy it on my drive as it makes me forget about the rest of life.

Personally I think the Pearce and Carney one is pretty dopey. Kenty is good even if he has some shit takes sometimes. Bloke sometimes don't post the chapter timestamps till the day after. I'm sure we want some bigger names than Curran, but he is exactly what we need in our pack. Him, Hopgood, Moretti, Williams and Smith are a very mobile middle and allow us to carry Paulo and Tuivaiti for our attack.
