I understand everything. I am the smart one around here, not you.

$12.5M actually, so they spent nearly $3M just on wages for non-NRL playing staff. Plus another $5M on other benefits.

Says who? Not the people who employ him, who actually know better than you. Why have you decided MON is the scapegoat? Do you even know what his responsibilities are? Some dope suggested he was responsible for recruitment, even though we have another bloke whose literal job title is Head of Recruitment.

The previous one closed in 2009. I wonder whose fault that was.

This expert thinks it would be a good idea:

You and the brains trust can tackle that one. I'll be over here with my head in the sand.
You are a curse on this club, an utter mock, not to mention a tremendous idiot.

I realise this is not related to your post, but it must be said and probably often

please let this post be the key to winning!

Just like Nathan Brown's nepotism review about the local comp (every organisation run by volunteers is powered by nepotism), it looks like you've added your own preconceptions to that player agent survey. It said nothing about Mark O'Neill, it said we are the third least popular club among agents, at 13.5%, just behind the Bulldogs. I bet those merkins love clubs with deep pockets full of TPAs and other kickbacks though. Makes you wonder why 11.5% of agents rated the Bulldogs the hardest to deal with.

Should be plenty of food for thought, but people like you skim over a survey like that and come away with your confirmation bias enforced. Obviously the survey should've had your scapegoat MON's name in the title.
So O’Neill has nothing to answer for? Mate in an about 2 hours if we get a smashed you will be in your element. It will be constant vinegar stroke on the best sort you’ve ever f**ked. It will be epic. Hopefully we win and don’t have to read about.

He might, and if he does, he will get sacked by the people who know best. That doesn't include you or anyone who posts here. Stick to criticising the things you can see. They are occurring on the field. Great try Lussick.

18-6. This is what happens when you actually support the club instead of shitting on everyone involved. You're welcome.

Heard from a good source that we're interested in signing Mickey Lewis. A bit surprised but it could work. He's definitely 10 levels above in the Super League. He's way better than Williams and he did ok for Canberra
Dodd was a bad signing but gotta remember he was dropped before coming over.

CAP CLEANOUT
The Canterbury Bulldogs continue to offload players to free up salary cap space. Last week it was Kurtis Morrin, who left to join the Gold Coast Titans. This week it’s former Warriors young gun Zyon Maiu’u, who is being offered to rival clubs – just four months after arriving at Belmore. It was only in February that the Dogs announced his arrival in a press release: “The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are excited to announce the signing of boom youngster Zyon Maiu’u on a two-year deal, effective immediately.”

SPOTTED
Parramatta coach Jason Ryles has raised $30,000 via an auction at an Eels old boys fundraiser by offering an opportunity for two lucky fans to watch a game from his coaching box.

AXE HANGS OVER HYNES
The Cronulla Sharks are facing a major decision around million-dollar playmaker Nicho Hynes.
A loss to the Broncos at Suncorp Stadium should be enough to convince coach Craig Fitzgibbon that changes have to be made in the halves.
Cronulla has played its best football in the last couple of years with Braydon Trindall and Daniel Atkinson in the halves.
The Sharks have the Storm, Dolphins and Roosters over the next three weeks, three games that will determine their premiership hopes.
In the last month they had three losses – 42-16 to the Roosters (without five Origin players), 40-10 to the Warriors and 34-28 to the Broncos, blowing a 16-point lead.
It is unfair to pick out individuals because the entire team has struggled.
However, Nicho is the million-dollar man.

He’s on the big dollars as a game manager.
With the pay packet comes a responsibility to perform in the big games.
Cronulla had a chance to peg the Broncos back in the dying stages but Hynes put in a poor final-tackle kick that was easily retrieved by the Broncos for a seven-tackle restart.
A couple of minutes later he knocked on under little pressure.
So what does Fitzgibbon do?
It’s no secret that fullback Will Kennedy has also been struggling for the Sharks.
Hynes has played fullback before at Melbourne Storm.
Playing him in the number one jersey next week might be a gamble worth taking

Pretty clear that my post reversed the curse.

It will have to be repeated next week and, for good measure, it should come from a different source.

Any volunteers? What am I saying, the trick will be trying to pick the right applicant....

Does everyone notice Pou is missing? As sure as shit he only comes on defending mediocrity with his Pou polisher. Rarely seen after a win because he needs to toe the line and run with the herd.

It's big of you to recognise when your death riding isn't good enough and ask for help.

I've made plenty of posts tonight, but not in response to you, because you usually know better than to troll me after a win. Not this time though. Get back in your box, merkin. We won, and that means you were wrong about every scapegoat you ever blamed for a loss. Maybe next week we will lose and you can go back to thinking you were right all along.
