Look at the top picture and compare to bottom. Who is sitting there next to Maguire and suddenly morphs into Barrett in the bottom. Definitely not Barrett in top, look at hairline. Spooky!!!

This freaked me out on friday night, I don't want to relive it.
Maybe Nathan Brown was there slapping faces and Barret ducks in the top picture.

Well that's been true so far this year. I have backed them six times ($10 a pop) and won $44.50, with a couple of near misses. Hopefully they break even for me by year's end.

Im not sold on Benji but the fact of the matter is the players love him and most of the new recruits (Luai, Api & Turuva) are there because of him and would leave if we boot him.

Weird situation whereby we kind of have to keep a rookie coach to keep players. FWIW I think he is slowly improving.
Last night was basically Penriths first game with full squad and they played really well and we are not at that level.

That there is the problem, he’s become bummy with several senior players, letting them dictate in general, in the meantime pissing the others off….a little like Brad….feathering his own nest….at some point Richo and others will wake up and send him on his way!!!!!!

I'd still give benji another year.

Its a tricky situation for Tigers. This is the best squad we have put together for a long time and it is slowly coming together, however Im not convinced Benji is the guy to squeeze the best out of them, but the other side of that coin is the players are not there other than for benji probably.

I think we need better assistants for him.

We thought similar with BA re assistants. Benji would control that also so getting the right support may be another Benji issue.
I think we have been pretty lucky to get Ryles.

‘it’s not just the clean out that has us in our position .

i feel this is the first time forever (and that may even include the Smith years to a degree) that it feels like we have an actual plan in how we are playing , what players we are looking too recruit , juniors that we are bringing through - the complete package with real coaching thrown in.

i felt like the BA tenure he had no real idea of what players he wanted , more about grabbing who was available and who we could get
