As someone who works in the industry, let me tell you - the amount of time, effort, and money, it takes to get to a point where you can prove/disprove that....

You're looking at 4-6 months down the line, and circa $10,000 spent...

So people try their luck, because they're guaranteed a holiday of at least a few months....

Rather than copy the Storm, have to be impressed with how the Rossters established their current team. A lot of young players brought through their system, yep recruited young but developed well. Then when they go for an established player it’s generally elite, they don’t mess around and it shows.

We at least have started to develop young players .
